Cancellation Policy

All commercial production services are subject to project review, scope confirmation, and availability. Booking is secured upon execution of a written agreement and receipt of a 50% non-refundable retainer. Production dates are not reserved until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery of edited materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Quoted pricing reflects the defined production scope at the time of booking. Any additional services, extended hours, location changes, travel requirements, or production modifications requested after confirmation may result in additional fees. Travel outside the local service area, including extended, out-of-state, or international projects, requires advance approval and will be billed separately for transportation, lodging, per diem, and related production expenses. Clients are responsible for securing all necessary permissions, location access, permits, releases, and clearances required for filming unless otherwise contracted. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided based on project scope. Timelines begin once all required materials, approvals, and payments have been received. Expedited post-production services may be available upon request for an additional fee. Commercial usage rights are granted as outlined in the executed agreement. Expanded distribution, advertising licensing, or third-party usage requires prior written authorization. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Approval is subject to availability. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. By proceeding with booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated above.
